#327 GPS Logging Error

GPS Data stop writing to database with an SQL Exception and can't restart until PAMGuard restarts. Am not sure why it fails, bu thave added code to reset the database cursor which may get it logging again on the next call. However, this needs testing with the same setup which it's currently failing on which is currently at sea.
