[Pam-mysql-general] Error Installing pam pam_mysql-0.7RC1

I'm Installing pam on FreeBSD 6.2 and I get this
message when I configure with the following parameters
: 

./configure \
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql/ \
--with-pam-mods-dir=/etc/pam.d \
--with-openssl=/usr/local/openssl \
--with-cyrus-sasl2=/usr/lib/sasl2

I had installed Open SSL and Cyrus SSL2
