[Pam-mysql-general] FreeBSD compilation/installation compatibility question

hi everyone!

i just want to compile and use pam-mysql with my freebsd 5.0. i cannot
compile it! it generates compilation errors starting with a "pam_misc.h not
found". i have the file in the system, i have the path included in the
makefile with a -I option but still i cannot compile it.

has anyone got this working under freebsd 5.0?

i would appreciate some help.
