#68 When WiFi times out during session, does not reconnect

If you are in the middle of a session, walk away, and
the WiFi connectioni times out (default: 3 minutes on
Palm TX), the next time you do something (say, scroll
left), it hangs and does not attempt a reconnection.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1] Set WiFi timeout to 3 minutes (default) on Palm TX
2] Connect to a VNC server with nothing going on.
3] Walk away for ten minutes.
4] Scroll left or right once.

-- No attempt to reconnect to WiFi is made --

But if I then manually initiate a wifi connection
(after the scrolling attempt), it does end up
recovering. But it should be an automatic reconnect
attempt if possible.
