#54 Palm 2.06 DEV version corrupts PPP on Treo650

I believe I have found an issue with the 2.06 dev version
of palmvnc.prc. Each time I quit the program on my
Treo650, I can no longer get to any PCS Vision sites;
either by browsing, POP3, chat, etc. If I turn off the
phone service and back on, there is no difference. It
always requires a reset on the Treo650. The errors
manifest themselves as PPP timeouts.

Since going back to 2.0.5 palmvnc.prc, I can disconnect
from a VNC server with no after effects.

Very weird, in no case does PalmVNC (any version) mess with
the network configuration....
