I have a PalmOne Tungsten C. I've upgraded it's
firmware with an official palm release for the T|C - I
believe it was update 2, but I'll have to check on that
later, since the machine the file I used was on, is
down right now.

Anyway, I'm using the built-in wifi (802.11b) on the
unit to connect to a VNC server over a PPTP tunnel.
The machine comes with built in PPTP, and I have a PPTP
server set up on a Devil Linux system (dumb name, great
distro - ask them to change the name!), that mostly
seems to work fine. I have to reboot it sometimes, but
that's not where this particular problem lies.

The difficulty I'm having, and it's a bad enough that
I've had to stop using PalmVNC, is that if I fail to
get a connection (say, due to wireless not being strong
enough, or neglecting to enable the PPTP tunnel), the
T|C hard resets. Everything it is lost, and I have to
restore from backup.

I've tried with both 2.0.6-dev and 2.0.5 build 214, and
both are having this problem.

Thanks for working on this great software! I hadn't
realized just how dependent on it I am, until I didn't
have it anymore.
