#34 Key mappings not reset after exiting PalmVNC

After exiting PalmVNC application on Clie UX-50 some keyboard and jog dial mappings are not reset. Specifically, before running VNC Ctrl-M brings up menu in most applications that can then be navigated using jog dial. After running VNC Ctrl-M can still be used to bring up the menu but jog dial no longer works.

Same problem occurs on a Sony TH55. Probable cause: The
sonyJogAstControlEnable flag is reset by PalmVNC on startup,
but it is not set again when PalmVNC exits. This means that
any app which is not "jogdial aware" can no longer be used
with the jogdial.
