symptoms:
/D to shortcut for the extreme usefull "whole desktop"
view is not functioning, the feature only works via menu.
/S to save the position doesn't work either. I expected it
to set the default "begin at" position for this connection,
but it never did.

    Shortcut-D works for me...
    Shortcut-S does not do much, but neither does the menu
    option, so it's a funtionality problem rather than interface
    problem.
