#2 Set resize constraints for Horz./Vert. separatly

Hi,
First of all: Thanks for this nice piece of software!
Here is my suggestion:
I have some forms that should be resized horizontally
but not vertically (or vise versa). As far as I see it
is only possible to enable resize or not. Only one form
setting of DIA_H_PLUS_DH or DIA_W_PLUS_DW doesn't make
it, unfortunatly.
