#1 Support multiple forms using same WORDLIST

The idea is to share a single WORDLIST ('frmGeneric') for
about a dozen highly transient (and therefore non-DIA-
capable) screens so that these screens would simply
maintain the current DIA state. There is a limitation in
the DAI init code when it is accessing any WORDLIST
multiple times. The problem will only show up if there
are MORE than 15 forms using the same WORDLIST.
Currently if this is done, app will generate these error
messages on every launch:
MemoryMgr.c, Line:3036, Chunk over-locked
and these on every exit:
MemoryMgr.c, Line:5253, Chunk under-locked
