#13 Memory card support

That would be very nice to have Appalm read disk
images from a memory card (Memory Stick or SD card).
RAM space is a valuable resource for any Palm device,
sometimes it's not good to have Apple disk images using
this space. If Appalm could get the image from the card,
copy it to RAM while using it, and then erasing it from
RAM after use, that would be awesome! Of course, if the
image was modified in RAM, Appalm should also have a
mechanism to update the on-card image if the user
chooses to do it.
