#13 Clicking Joystick disable or conf locks up Palm IIIc

I don't know if it's made to work on such an oldie, but on
my Palm IIIc, choosing any joystick option, disable or
configure, locks up the whole system so that a hard re-
boot is necessary. I have only tried playing rocky's boots
but can not move very well without that.
