#2 Shared runtime

Hi, great job here. I'm a tcl/tk developer (I develop
AMSN Messenger here in sourceforge), and i'm glad I can
use tcl in my palm m105 too.

I have a small suggestion:

I would like to write many small tcl programs for my
palm. So, right now I have to link them with the tcl
runtime, which makes it about 200kb size. It would be
nice to be able to upload the tcl runtime to the palm
only once, and then upload small .prc files with the
program, no runtime, like Waba or Java for Palm, for
example.
