I have already downloaded and installed the uClinuxPalm.prc into my palm my configuration is: A red-hat-linux-7.1 Compaq-Presario 1260 LapTop Palm Vx connected vis serial port (/dev/ttyS0) The process was: 1.Download the uClinuxPalm.prc 2.pilot-xfer -i uClinuxPalm.prc (pilot-xfer provided by pilot-link-0.9.5-2) 3.click on the hotsync button on the cradle 4.wait until it is installed about 5 minutos or so ... 5.do a: cat /dev/ttyS0 6.then Boot Linux !!!! on my palm (pretty exciting) and watch on the terminal with the cat /dev/ttyS0 command how uClinux started to send commands y opened another terminal and just made echo commands to /dev/ttyS0 e.g. echo cat /proc/version> /dev/ttyS0 and watched on the other terminal the output uClinux version 2.0.38.1 (da...@be...)
