[Palm-linux-development] Flashing the Palm pilot pro

Hello,
I noted on your site that you show the palm pilot pro as flashable, i 
was wondering if you know of any sources to outling how to flash custom 
images into the rom without the use of the palm os?  The reason is quite 
simple, i am currently taking a course on the dragonball processor that 
involves programming it and i figured it would be fun to hack a palm 
pilot to create my own miniOS.

So far my research has shown that the palm III on was not flashable, and 
since i do not want any trace of the palm os on the device, i need to be 
able to reflash the rom.  
Any information that you can provide to me would be greatly appreciated!
