#7 More options for "field" in meta file

I suppose this really two requests...

Firstly I would like to see the field directive allow for a
default value, for example:

field NAME TYPE DEFAULT_VALUE [WIDTH]

Additionally I would like to see csv2pdb support
the "list" field type. I've noticed that when I
create/modify a database on the Palm which has drop
downs pdb2csv exports those as...

field NAME list "value1/value2/value3[...]"

I desperately want to be able to write/generate an
extended CSV with a list in the same format and have
csv2pdb do the right thing.

this is supported ... looks like the english documentation
is a little out of date. The French documentation looks to
be up to speed ...
