#18 Title more than 32 chars results in invalid pdb file

Hi...

im converting CSV files with db-tools 0.3.1.
Setting --title='bla' with title largern than 32
charakters results in an invalid pdb file, that you
can´t synch to your palm.

is this a feature or a bug? ;)
or could you please add a note to the manual to
avoid others running into the same problem.
