#15 cannot delete events containing a tab in interactive mode

using pal 0.3.5_pre1

when trying to delete events that contain a <tab> in interactive mode, the events are found via regex yet the operation fails with the following message:

ERROR: Couldn't find event to be deleted in <pal file>
