#2 Version 3.6.0: On Mugen mode, powerbar level (GRAPHIC and LEVEL NUMBER) doesn't decrease when power used (example: after an hyper move)

Version 3.6.0: On Mugen mode, powerbar level (GRAPHIC and LEVEL NUMBER) doesn't decrease when used, even if the internal value probably changes correctly.

When testing KFM, I could see that, if I do an hyper move (ex, an hyper at level 2) the powerbar remains at level 2. But Powerbar doesn't charge at all for some time (I think, time to actually reach again the level2, in the example... also becouse I hear the sound of "new power level reached" before seeing again the powerbar increasing its level)
