#3 PLCUTDecoder - Dr. Halo CUT File Decoder For PaintLib.

Dear All,
I have been using the PaintLib in my application for quiet
some time.Recently I wanted to support the Dr. Halo
CUT File file format.

Thanks for your suggestion on writing a decoder, today I
have written a decoder for the CUT file format which is
compliant with PaintLib.I have taken help of the
FreeImage library in writing this decoder.

I am submitting the files plcutdec.cpp and plcutdec.h.I
want to know the right way of submitting code..I have
tested this code on various files and also making the
necessary changes to incorporate it in PaintLib.

I want to download the latest version of PaintLib with
support for CUTfile format.Please let me know if this
possible in a short time.
