#1 Problem opening program
I'm having trouble running the program. The download seems fine, I mount the file, and copy it to my hard drive fine. But when I open the program the icon shows up in my dock for about a second and then goes away as if I had closed the program. I've tried downloading the program a couple of times to no avail. I don't know what is going on. This program would be really useful for my work so hopefully you will be able to help.
