Another useful feature of the original Windows Paint was that wherever you could pick a color with the mouse, we could use a left click to pick the foreground color, and a right click for the background color. Paintbrush works this way when using the eye-drop tool, but not with the color picker. The behavior of the color picker is bizarre and inconsistent. A left click picks a color and a right-click does nothing. But the left click doesn't always pick a foreground color. If I use a the eye-drop tool to pick a background color, then go to the color picker, I find that the left mouse picks the background color instead of the foreground color. But then using the eye-drop tool to pick a foreground color doesn't reset the behavior in the color picker. From this point on, it only picks background colors. The right button continues to do nothing.

Behavior should be consistent with the eye-drop tool.
