#25 Window's standard size should be document size, not screen size

When I Option-click the green zoom button in the window's titlebar to change it from user state to standard state, the window becomes as large as my screen. The standard state should not be the screen dimensions; it should be the document dimensions (up to a maximum of the screen dimensions). If I wanted fullscreen, I would have non-Option-clicked the zoom button or used a Spectacle keyboard shortcut.
