I'm a Python neophyte, so my apologies in advance if this question isn't a good fit for this list.

I'm tinkering with an application using the Google App Engine, and I have a need for some basic exploratory data analysis graphs such as scatter plots, boxplots and histograms.  I ran across the PAIDA project and have downloaded the code; it seems to have everything I need from a functionality perspective, now I'm trying to figure out if I can make it work with the Google App Engine.  I need to get the graphical output to a web browser client.  As I peruse the source code, it looks like the IPlotter function is where I would need to make modifications in order to construct a graphic image which could be returned to the browser rather than to the standard console window display.

Can anyone give me any guidance on how this might be possible?

Thanks in advance,
