#1 Single inverted comma issue

Hi,

If you have a single inverted comma in a page it isn't
saved correctly. A Javascript error occurs when the
script hits the '. I beleive that TinyMCE has an
option to clean up any such characters before sending
to prevent this.

Example:

Welcome the Steve's site

will fail.
