Hi,

I renewed the file. So everyone who use it already should upgrade to 
this version. It fixes one encoding error for perl 5.8.x found by 
Veeresh Khanorkar and some small caching errors in conjunction with 
tt2.

Please test it and provide some feedback.

Currently avail on
   http://eg.2bz.de/Apache-PageKit-1.15.tar.gz

Next monday on CPAN.
