[Pagekit-devel] fix: utf8 data with pkit_admin=on

Hi,
the following patch converts the data that you like to edit to unicode before 
it shows up in the textarea requester.

       - Fix: with pkit_admin=on and perl 5.8.x the input data is
               converted to your default_input_charset.
