[Pagekit-devel] re-licence PageKit?

I've recently started a new job and want to make use of PageKit in our
environment, but they only allow use of certain open source licences. 
Apparently PageKit has a custom licence from AnIdea, and at first glance
it APPEARS that we could use it (seems GPL-like).

I'm wondering if re-licencing PageKit under the Perl Artistic licence or
maybe the GPL is possible to avoid any legal hassles and future
reservations about adopting PageKit by other companies?
