Hi,

here are some corrections for the experimental port to Apache2.

But at least one problem remains so far, you can not login. This is due to the 
fact, that on REDIRECT apache2 did not send the cookie to the client. This 
may be the fault of libapreq2 or apache2, I do not know.

Any ideas?
