Some servers, (www.canada.com) require a confirmation page before accepting a URL. We need to handle this, currently it will not work and Canada.com is disabled. Not sure how this needs to be architected. Probably support has to be enabled on a server by server basis.

I'm putting this in 'later' mode because I don't see a need for it currently. I managed to get Canada.com working without the need for this feature.
