#14 Misleading line in etc/pagecast.conf

The etc/pagecast.conf file contains a misleading line:
#proxy=proxy.mydomain.org

This suggests that the user should enter the hostname in this field. However, a protocol prefix is required, such as "http://". Therefore, I suggest this line be changed to:
#proxy=http://proxy.mydomain.org
