Page 2 Stage is the best freeware script editor I have found. My only criticism is that I cannot find a Help window. Other than that it is a very good script editor, at least for stage as opposed to film.

The program is free. But you do need a key to unlock it. The free key is listed at the top of http://www.page2stage.com
