    EDDYVE - 2019-01-11

    Hi all,

I have an issue with PAGE.
I just installed it on 2 different pc's.
I can create a form, add widgets and generate code. This all works fine.
Bug PAGE crashes when I try to change a color by clicking on one of the color icons in Attribute Editor. For example 'active bg', 'background' etc.
    I have PAGE Version 4.19.
    Tcl/Tk version 8.6.2.9.
PAGE crashes on both pc's identically. The pc's both run Windows 7 64-bit.

Is anyone else also seeing this behaviour or could this be something specific to my pc's?

    Kind regards
    Eddy

    Hi all,

I think I have found the culprit.
I installed PAGE right 'out of the box' and ran PAGE from my desktop, showing the above-mentioned behaviour.
I have the Anaconda Environment Manager installed also. So I ran PAGE from one of my installed Python 3 environments. Now, editing the colors seems to work fine!
I probably am missing a certain library outside of my Anaconda environment. I suspect it is ttk. Not sure though.
Perhaps a good idea to let PAGE check this when it starts up?

Anyway, the more I play with PAGE the more I love it. A great tool for Python !!

    Kind regards
    Eddy

I have the same problem. I installed the MacSplat installer for TLC for windows. Everything works like you say but color picking. Haven't figure out how to fix.

A library must be missing. Just need to figure out which one ... :-)

    https://sourceforge.net/p/page/discussion/general/thread/d959f82e0a/

I downloaded another TCL/TK and it's working better.
