#19 registry: import regshot *.txt files

Now, it's possible to import regshot .txt exports.

Prerequisites:

• export as .txt file
• language: english

Known issues:

• Deleted and changed entries aren't supported (how would you portabilize them???)
• Value types are only guessed because RegShot doesn't export the types. Especially binary values should better be exported manually as the regshot export leaves multiple possibilities here.
