#12 browser: directly import .ini if opened in browser

if a user opened a .ini file directly in the browser, .paf assistant should figure out if it's a known one (maybe thru crawling the parameter names?) and offer to import it directly.

Now, user can

• takeover all text into .ini editors if he opened an .ini file
• append parts of the selected text to the .ini editors
