#54 generate_pedict_huff with threshold (high-low)

I think that generate_pedict_huff application have a threshold (high-
low) is a good feature for handleds with few memory. With this, this
handleds can divide the entire dictionary in others little parts that it's
allow learn all dictionary in many little dictionarys,

How djago tells. I think that it's a good idea, add a option "-types" for
generate a dictionary with only "verbs/nouns/etc" elements.
