#44 Missed strokes/cursive kanji recognition

Any chance you could make the Pocketkanji kanji
recognition algorithm a little more flexible concerning
either a missed/added stroke or strokes in the wrong order?

I imagine cursive recognition would be too big a change
to the algorithm as one of the excellent parts of the
recognition algorithm is, by the way it works, it
enforces correct stroke order (by being nearly unusable
without it - try writing SEI [成　of SEIKOU - success)
any other way except the standard and you see what I
mean) and I am always using the stroke order display
system to get it right for the future.

Still, the ultimate algorithm would be one that can
recognise cursively written kanji but also runs the
current algorithm to optionally inform the user if
there handwriting doesn't make the grade in terms of
correct stroke order and count.

I would be happy too do that but I don't know an open source
algorithm that does this and do not have enough
time/expertise to develop one that will work on devices with
limited resources like a palm.
