#42 Trainer extensions

It would be very nice if the trainer could also work
similarly to how e.g. KingKanji works: i.e., it would
have an option dialog where one could then chose
whether to display Kanji, hiragana and translations.
Then it would show the fields that the user selected,
and ask if he knows the answer or not (preferrably by
means of two large screen buttons, also tied to
hardware buttons and the JOG up/down). Pressing a
button would then display the entire record, removing
the card from the stack if the user pressed "yes, I
know this one" or keeping it otherwise.
