#48 modified matrix gets \'customized\' label

default scoring & design matrix, etc. get frozen when a person saves a value. this means that clones inherit the matrix, and it can be confusing whether or not one is looking at a default, esp. when changing the type of MM.

add a 'customized' label after first save.
