BCF2000 mechanical faders not synchronizing with LR

I have the BCF2000 working with Lightroom 5.6 and almost everything is working great - apart from the mechanical faders on the BCF2000 don't move to represent what is in Lightroom. Does anyone know what the most likely cause of this would be?
