#8 Develop workspace refreshing strategy

Eclipse doesn't refresh the workspace very often. This confuses even advanced users occasionally. Not all Padclipse users are so advanced, so we should try to refresh the workspace more often to minimize the confusion that comes from a workspace out of sync with the file system.
