#15 Set up the development environment

Set up the development environment in a way that is easy to use and easy to repeat. A new developer should find it very easy to start contributing, assuming he is using the latest Eclipse SDK with Mylar and Subclipse.

This includes:

1) Eclipse configuration: Eclipse 3.3 SDK, Subclipse (or subversive?), Mylar

2) Team project set file to easily get all the source.

3) Configuration of code style etc. independent of developer's workspace settings (project-specific seems like too much duplication, though?).

4) Target platform (RCP + other required plugins + Delta Packs)

5) Build process. Automated PDE build? Releng? Maven? This can be left to somewhat later, resolving to use manual PDE build at first.

6) Document all of this in the website. A wiki would be the best.
