PAD Program Manager Version 0.1.0 Alpha Release

This is the first release of the PAD Program Manager, and as such it is very much a work in progress. There was some hesitation to release the software so early in the development cycle. However, it was felt that the positives of releasing the software, getting feedback and making incremental changes, would be far more beneficial than waiting to much later in the process when it may be much harder to make such changes.

As it is an early release, many of the 'features' are not yet operational. Please review the ReadMe file to see what options are currently not functioning.

Please review the ReadMe file, as some options must be set manually. It also has information on how to access the program.

Again, this is a very early release, and is the basic framework of the program as outlined in the PAD Program Manager Milestone Schedule. We would recommend using it only on a machine that does not have critical functions on it, as we cannot attest to the safety or stability of the program. There is no security incorporated at this time, therefore it is not recommended that 'real' data be used.
