#17 Cover art from source files not being copied to output MP3 files

I've just converted to MP3 a bunch of M4A files which have embedded cover images, and the cover images are not being copied to the MP3 files. I haven't tested with other source files since I don't have any to test.

I have attached one of the M4A files to this bug report.
