#13 Have configure script quit with exit code 0
In release 5.0.1, the configure script ends with "exit 1", even when everything finished successfully. This is disruptive, because it presents, for example, to do something like ./configure && make && make install (in my case it prevents the Debian package to pursue building).
Attached is a very simple patch that fixes configure and configure.am.
