#39 crash when generating .exe installer

.jar installer is correctly installed, windows .exe or 7zip .exe crashes with error report (submitted with reference 72255226499)

Thank you for reporting the bugs. From our investigation, we were able to determine that the option .exe (7-Zip SFX Windows Native Executable) available to create an installer as, crashes due to a file was not found. We would like you to verify whether this file exists: h:\Profile\.packjacket\utils\wrappers\izpack2exe\7za.exe and reply back to us as a comment here whether it exists or not. For the other exe option, it is a bug whch is caused by a third party application we use, we are currently working on getting this problem fixed and expect it to be fixed by next release.

The util folder was available in the application install directory (D:\Programme\PackJacket\utils\wrappers\izpack2exe\7za.exe), but not in the .packjacket directory of my profile data.
