#28 1.8.1 Gen-b does not work at raspbian Jessie

PackETH version 1.8.1 does not send packets on a raspberry pi 3 with rasbian jessie in Gen-b mode but single packets are send in Builder Mode.
Version 1.8.0 works at raspbian but needs to add -lm to lib flags.

First of all I'm happy to hear that packETH is useful on RPI too! ;)
I never tried it myself on this platform but I could imagine where the problem could be. The 1.8.1 version uses nanoseconds resolution what is probably the issue. I'll try it myself on RPI and will give an update on this.

Meanwhile I would suggest to use the 1.8 version whis is basically the same as 1.8.1 with the above mentioned difference. The nanoseconds only bring more granular bandwidth settings. The features and max perfomance are more or less the same.
