Hi Arun, Thanks. Looks like it is from there: https://mariadb.org/mariadb-dump-file-compatibility-change/ The dump is done with a wrong version "MariaDB dump 10.19 Distrib 10.5.26-MariaDB, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64)" Did you follow that https://github.com/inverse-inc/packetfence/issues/8257#issuecomment-2353655213 ? We are not using "10.5.26" not in PF13.2 or before. You should fix that. Check the version of your mariadb-backup if you have one. You can also check the PR about documentation there: https://github.com/inverse-inc/packetfence/pull/8313 You will find there command line that can help you to debug your issue. Good luck.
