PkgFS cvs 0.0.9

Cvs version solves umount lufsd problems (thanks to Jan Kratochvil and to his work on lufs-0.9.7-captive).
So this version save correctly pkgfs cache at umount.
This is a dummy cache, I will improve it to support MMap object by Jason Gunthorpe.

Moreover this version supports dependencies installation and reverse dependencies removal
