LZMA Stand Alone

    Inside the 4.20 DOCS/lzma.txt it sats to compile LZMA alone, go to 7zip/Compress/LZMA_Alone then type "make" to create a standalone lzma executable.

    However, the LZMA_Alone folder doesn't exist to create this executable.  I suspect it hasn't been ported over from the LZMA SDK.

    Any assistance out there to create this would be appreciated.

      If you want LZMA_Alone, download LZMA SDK 4.23 from www.7-zip.org.

      Remark : If you get errors with "errno" then add "#include <errno.h> in the faulty file ...

        Thanks for your advice.  I followed it and it worked fine.

        All I needed to do was add:
        #include <errno.h>
        to the top of 7zip/Common/FileStreams.cpp

        This compiled happily on Fedora Core 3, x86-64, gcc v3.4.3.
